Registration Terms & Conditions:
WFG reserves the right to accept, reject, or condition acceptance, based on WFG’s sole discretion, for any reason, which need not be disclosed to the applicant. By registering for this event, you agree to hold harmless World Financial Group Inc. and the Facilities for any damages or injuries to property or individuals that may occur during the conference. You also agree that WFG may use and distribute your image, name, and voice in all forms of media.
If you are registering a guest, it is your responsibility to accept these conditions on their behalf and make them aware of the conditions of Convention registration.
FAQs
Registration Fee:
Your credit card will be charged immediately upon clicking “Checkout” for registration. There will be no refund in the event of cancellation. You may complete your own transfer request in your registration account. Transfers must be completed by 5:00 PM PT on May 25, 2026. No transfer requests will be processed after this date.
The Convention Registration fee will appear on your credit card statement as WORLD FINANCIAL GROUP.
How Do I Register a Guest/Spouse?
To register your Spouse, click the “Additional Attendee” button at the end of the first page when registering.
Can I transfer my registration to another person?
Yes you can! You have the power to do that directly from your registration. Please see the guide on how to do that by CLICKING HERE!
How do I modify/cancel my reservation?
You can modify your registration up until May 25, 2026. You can modify or cancel your registration by logging into your registration (using the email and password that you used for submitting your registration).
Hotel Reservations:
All hotel reservations at our WFG contracted hotels require a valid credit card, including the cardholder name as it appears on the card, billing address, and credit card expiration date, along with a deposit equal to the first night’s room rate and tax. This deposit will be processed at the time your reservation is made. Should you choose to transfer your reservation to another individual, you will be responsible for coordinating the transfer, and for the exchange of financial responsibility to the new guest on your own. Hotel reservation name change, and substitution requests must be received by Wednesday, June 3, 2026.
Individual room reservations not guaranteed will automatically be cancelled by the hotel within fourteen (14) days of the reservation date. Refunds will be issued only if canceled within (72) hours in advance of the confirmed arrival date.
If you need to modify or cancel your hotel reservation, please contact the hotel where your reservation was made directly.
All guaranteed reservations will be held until 6:00am only on the day after attendees’ confirmed arrival date. Hotel allows attendees the right to cancel their guest room reservations without penalty up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the attendees’ scheduled arrival date. Hotel shall charge the attendee the first night’s room rate and tax for cancellation within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled arrival date or failure of the individual to check-in on the scheduled arrival date.
Hotel Check In/ Check Out:
Check-in time is 3:00pm and checkout is 11:00am. If rooms are requested prior to 3:00pm at the time of check-in, they will be accommodated based on availability at no additional charge. Any guest wishing to guarantee early check-in will have the option to pay an early check-in fee at the time of booking based on availability. Departure dates will be confirmed upon check-in. Guests have the option to change their departure date at this time. Should a guest depart before their scheduled and confirmed departure date, room/tax for those additional nights will be charged. Luggage can be stored on a complimentary basis for guests who have checked out but are not yet departing the hotel.
Hotel Upgrades:
Hotel upgrades may be available based upon hotel availability. All available upgrades are at the financial responsibility of the attendee.
Registration:
Registration will be located at MGM Grand Resort & Casino in the Boulevard Ballroom on Monday, July 6 from 12:00pm – 8:00pm, Tuesday, July 7 from 8:00am – 7:00pm, and Wednesday, July 8 from 8:00am – 2:00pm.

Seating/Arena Assignments:
In-person seating location is based on your selected SEVC during registration in either the MGM Grand Garden Arena OR the Michelob Ultra Arena. You MUST sit in your assigned location for the Awards Ceremony and ALL General Sessions. This information will be shown on your personal credentials that you pick up onsite.
Security:
No bags will be permitted into the venue except for small purses (12″ x 12″ x 6″ max). Backpacks of any size are not allowed.
Cameras with interchangeable/detachable lens or external flash (No Professional Photography)
No strollers
Audio/Visual Recording Devices (includes GoPro, Google Glass, Spectacles, etc.)
Selfie Sticks, Tripods, Monopods
Outside Food, Beverage or Alcohol – One Drink Poured into Plastic Container. No Outside Food Allowed.
Cans, Metal/Glass/Plastic Containers, Bottles, or Flasks (empty or sealed bottles included)

Clothing, garments, or signs displaying explicit language, profanity, or derogatory characterization toward any person(s)
Signs, Flags, or Banners exceeding 11” x 17” or attached to a pole/stick. Signs must be relevant to the event. Signs may not contain or display obscene or offensive language and/or pictures as determined by venue management. Management reserves the right to prohibit or remove a sign or banner at any time.
No bag check-in services are available for guests. Guests attempting to enter the arena with prohibited items will be turned away and asked to return the items to their hotel rooms and/or vehicles.

Travel:
You are responsible to book your own travel to Las Vegas. The Harry Reid International Airport is the closest airport.
Airport Transfers:
You are responsible for your own airport transfers. Taxis/Uber/Lifts are available at the Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport.
Can I bring my children to the event?
You may bring children to the event by fully registering them. Each child must have a ticket. No strollers are allowed in the MGM Grand Garden Arena or Michelob Ultra Arena.
Food & Beverage
The concession stands at Michelob Ultra Arena and Grand Garden Arena will be open during all sessions. Concessions will offer non-alcoholic beverages and snacks.
Michelob Ultra Arena and MGM Grand Garden Arena are cashless systems, please bring a debit/credit card for all food and beverage purchases.
Is there a 2026 Convention of Champions event app?
Yes! Information on the app will be distributed approximately two weeks before the event start. Look out for an email regarding that in late June.
